The Amenity Center of this active adult master-planned community was designed by Kimberly Timmons Interiors to provide property residents with resort-inspired amenities in an everyday-retreat setting.

The modern ranch house aesthetic is grounded in an earthy palette inspired by the local landscape, and is complemented by sustainable architectural details – including exposed steel, wood finishes, and black metal details– for a natural feel to the center’s home-away-from-home design ethos.
